Customer Portal
We have an exciting new web-based platform called the ‘Customer portal’ where you can access all your information that we have on file here at the Academy.
It is very important that you download and register before coming to class. On this platform you will be able to digitally sign and agree to our Covid policy/ Terms and conditions ect. These terms and conditions must read and agreed to before coming to our classes. Thank you for your understanding.
It can be accessed via an app on your Smartphone or Computer.
You will be able to:
View the contact details we have on file for you and edit them
View invoices & receipts
Book into weekly classes / see class availbility and prices (It can take a few seconds to list them all)
View our agreements and policy’s
Contact us more easily
Inform us of an absence
Check your class times and info
Book onto holiday classes and workshops
As busy parents, time is important and being able to access information quickly makes life so much easier for you!
Please click on the following link to register your customer portal here
You will be prompted to enter your email address (Please use the same email address you signed up to the Academy with – the one this email has been sent to. You can update your email address if need be once you have been approved).
You will be asked to create a password. Please ensure this is over 8 characters long.
When you first login you will be prompted to read and accept our agreements.
After this you may be asked to update your details.
