Tara-Rose Moore has been passionate about performing from a young age. She graduated with a degree in ‘Professional Dance and Musical Theatre’ from Bird College in 2019 where she also completed her DDI Tap & DDE Modern teaching qualifications to work alongside all of her ISTD dance qualifications, in which she completed all of the grades. She is an experienced teacher having taught across many schools in the UK.
As well as teaching, she has performed professionally including her performances at Wembley and the O2 Arena for people such as P!NK and Nile Rogers & Chic. She performed as a featured dancer in ‘Mack & Mabel’ with the London Musical Theatre Orchestra with Anthony Whiteman. Tara-Rose performed on P&O’s flagship “Britannia”, as a dancer for the ‘Headliners Theatre Company’ around the Caribbean and UK.
In addition to these jobs Tara often found herself as the role of dance captain, assisting professionals such as Jenny Leg, Simeon Qsyea, Nick Stuart and Simon Hardwick.
She has also completed a range of modelling work including a bridal catwalk event and feature film work as an extra in the CBBC programme ‘Rockets Island’ and an extra on the ITV show ‘The Only Way is Essex’.
Tara is also a qualified L2 & 3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in T3 HIIT, Outdoor Fitness, Sports Conditioning, Advanced Stretching and Exercise Referral, as well as being a qualified Pre & Post Natal Trainer. Tara her own online coaching business and has coached at numerous gyms in London, including being manager at F45 London Bridge and now currently coaching at F45 Kensington Olympia.
Tara loves being part of the Holly Mayer Academy of Dance family and can’t wait to keep nurturing and supporting all the young talent to achieve all of their ambitions and goals.
