Anna was born in Aberdeen, Scotland and began taking ballet classes from the young age of 2.After completing 8 years of intensive training at both The Royal Ballet School and Elmhurst school for Dance she got offered her first professional ballet job with Ballet Ireland dancing in their production of The Nutcracker. After this she went on tour around Australia, The U.A.E and the UK in English National Ballets production of Angelina Ballerina. She was with this company for just under two years before leaving and getting a job as part of the ensemble in Phantom of the opera in the Westend. After performing as part of the ensemble for 6 months she was then approached to audition for the role of Meg Giry within the show. She was successful and played the role of Meg for 3 years. It was during her time at phantom that her teaching really took off. She was teaching for several dance schools throughout London during her days and then performing in phantom during the evenings. After Phantom she decided to take a small break from performing to focus on her teaching for a while and then got offered the role of The White Cat in Cats. She accepted the offer as it was always a dream of hers to play that role was on board the Oasis of the Seas for 7 months sailing around the Caribbean performing Cats.
