Teacher – Miss Francesca

Francesca started dancing at the age of 3, training classically and attending associate programmes with the British Ballet Organisation and Central School of Ballet.

She began her vocational training aged 16 at the London Studio Centre, studying many dance genres and achieving a foundation degree in Performing Arts.

Her 12 year performing career has enabled Francesca to dance internationally, in shows, on television, and in theatre. Highlights include appearing in a Disney film, a ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ tour, and dancing at The London Palladium. 

Having loved and practiced mat and reformer Pilates for years, Francesca completed the STOTT intensive mat Pilates course in August 2020.

She has been teaching group and private classes online since then.

Her strong ballet technique has proved invaluable when acquiring the in depth anatomical knowledge, and executing the more more intermediate exercises with precision.

Her classes are designed to lengthen, tone, strengthen, and mobilise your body.

With many modifications for each exercise, Pilates can be practised and enjoyed by all, regardless of age, previous experience, or physical fitness. 

Miss Francesca currently teaches Pre-School Dance at the Noddy’s Nursery School in Putney.
